Shipping PolicyCARRIER/TIME: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground and it takes about 2-3 days for shipping. Please remember that it usually takes 24-48 hours to process your order before it is shipped. WEIGHT: Packages weighing up to 3 lbs. or shipping to a P.O.Box ship by way of USPS Priority Mail. Packages that are 3lbs. and over ship UPS Ground. SHIP TO: We ship to all 48 continental United States. ( And now to Canada ) The orders leave from our warehouse in New York. SHIPPING TO CANADA: We gladly accept orders from Canada. Yes, now we do ship to Canada. We will ship by United Parcel Service (UPS). It takes UPS about 2-5 business days to deliver your package(s) depending on your zone in Canada. Once shipment is made to Canada it cannot be stopped or returned (where as exceptions can take place). Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. UPS business days are Monday through Friday. Tracking numbers are available for all UPS orders. UPS is not available for Post Office (PO) Boxes. All shipments to Canada will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. Every item we offer reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If not satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, simply return the unused portion with a copy of the invoice with 30 days from the date of purchase for a prompt refund or credit, less shipping. FEE: Ground shipping is $5.95 per package. 2nd Day Air shipping is $17.50 per package. 3 Day Select shipping is $12.50 per package. Orders over $150.00 is free shipping. ADDITIONAL FEE: Orders shipped to P.O.Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S.Territories are subject to an additional charge of $5.00. EXPEDITE: We realize that the option for expedited shipping is very important especially during the holidays and when dealing with time-sensitive health concerns. You may request a package be sent Next Day or Second Day Air by contacting customer service at 1-800-277-9861. RECIEVING: Ocassionally, USPS and UPS will decide whether to leave your package or not at your location if you are not home to recieve it or they cannot find a secure place to leave it. They usually leave a notice with details including number of attempts and where to pick up your package (normally at your local USPS or UPS office/hub). INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the provided address in incorrect the package will be returned to our warehouse. Sorry, the shipping charges will not be refunded. CONFIRMATION: You will recieve a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation number(s) necessary to locate your order. |
